Angelika Hernández Dorendorf is the creator of the WIN Method™ (Women Invest & Impact), a holistic financial empowerment method that helps women build wealth, identity and legacy through three pillars: Wealth Intelligence, Inner Alignment, and Negotiation & Voice. She spent more than twenty years in Swiss private banking at UBS, Credit Suisse and Marcuard Heritage, and founded the Women's Investment Network at Credit Suisse. She is founder and president of NextGen4Impact, a Swiss initiative for next-generation education aligned with UN SDG 4.7. She serves on the board of Fundación Avanzar and the foundation council of We Share Forward. In 2026 she spoke at the Wisdom House Davos roundtable. Her 2014 peace campaign Misses4Peace was covered by the BBC, Le Monde, Paris Match and CNN en Español. She is the author of five children's books, including The Magical Money Garden. Venezuelan-born and based in Zürich, she speaks English, Spanish and German.
